If the item you ordered from March11.com is not a perfect fit in every way, you may send it back within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. All returns must be sent back in original packaging, unworn with tags attached. You will receive full store credit for the return, excluding original shipping fees and any return shipping fees incurred. Due to the limited availability of the product, we do not provide credit refunds. By purchasing from this website you agree with our terms and conditions.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com. Do not ship return packages until a representative has issued authorization and sent additional instructions. For customers in the United States, we will provide a return label upon request. For International customers, a representative will provide the return shipping address. Please send back merchandise with any shipping provider that offers package tracking. Once the return package has been received, a confirmation email will be sent along with your store credit.
