All of our items ship with UPS, USPS or DHL from our warehouse in the United States.
You will be able to select your preferred way of shipping at checkout.
Free shipping is available for all U.S.-based orders over $200, and for the orders over $700 shipping outside of the U.S.
You will receive an email notification once your order is in transit. If your delivery option includes tracking, the email will also contain a link with the tracking number. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm (EST), excluding federal holidays. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.
Made-to-order and Pre-order items will ship with your selected method of shipping. If you selected Express or Expedited shipping it doesn't mean your order will be produced faster.
Shipping to Australia and New Zealand may take up to 5 business days longer for express shipping and up to 9 business days for standard shipping
Please note: we are not responsible for delivery delays or errors made by shipping companies. Statements or representations made regarding delivery times are dependent on third-party service providers. We will not cover or refund additional taxes or fees charged by the country of destination. Before placing an order, we advise checking your local customs to determine duties.
If you wish to waive the signature requirement please email us as soon as your order is placed, not later than 2 hours after the time your order was placed. It is the customer's responsibility to collect any packages held at access point or at the shipping company's location. We will not issue refunds for packages refused or not collected by the customer.
If your package is lost or stolen, you will be required to complete our insurance form in order to qualify for a replacement or a refund. No refund or replacement will be issued without a completed insurance form.
