Shipping policy

You will receive an email notification once your order is in transit. If your selected delivery option includes tracking, the email will also contain a link with the tracking number. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm (EST), excluding federal holidays.

All of our items ship from our warehouse in the United States.

We ship worldwide and offer 3 flat rate options:

Express 1–3 business days* with tracking included (DHL, UPS), signature required on delivery.
$35 shipping in the U.S.
$65 shipping outside the U.S.

Standard 4–7 business days* 
Free shipping in the U.S., signature required on delivery.

$30 shipping outside the U.S (excluding Australia, New Zealand), signature required on delivery.

$40 shipping in Australia and New Zealand, signature required on delivery.

*Allow a minimum of 3 business days for processing. Shipping to Australia can take up to 5 business days for express service and up to 9 business days for standard service.

Made-to-Order and Pre-order items will ship with a shipping service selected at checkout. Production times cannot be expedited by selecting Express shipping service. 

Please note: MARCH ELEVEN LLC is not responsible for delivery delays or errors made by shipping companies. Statements or representations made regarding delivery times are dependent on third-party service providers. We will not cover or refund additional taxes or fees charged by the country of destination. Before placing an order, we advise checking your local customs to determine duties.
If you wish to waive the signature requirement please email us as soon as your order is placed, not later than 6 hours after the time your order was placed. It is the customer's responsibility to collect any packages held at access point or at the shipping company's location.

If your package is lost or stolen, you will be required to complete an affidavit form in order to qualify for a replacement or a refund.
