We ship worldwide from the United States. Orders within the United States arrive with duty prepaid.
For customers living outside of the United States: before placing your order we strongly recommend checking with your local customs for any additional duties and fees that will have to be paid upon delivery. We will not cover any duties and fees charged by the country of destination. If the delivery is refused and the package is returned back to us, any incurring taxes and fees will be deducted from the refund. For more information, please review our shipping policy here.
Pre-order & Made-to-Order items: estimated production times are only approximate and may take longer than what is listed on the product page. If you need your item by a certain date, please contact our customer care team before placing your order to confirm if the item will be ready to ship by your desired date. Made-to-Order and Pre-order items are not eligible for cancelations.
Risk of loss: the risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, and we may require you to sign and return an affidavit before looking into your claim. We will replace products and credit your account at our discretion.
Please note that payment processing fees are not refunded to us in case of a refund. For that reason, any cancellations and refunds that are not issued in the form of store credit will have payment processing fees of 3.7% deducted from the refund. Thank you for your understanding!
