Returns & Exchanges

If the item you ordered from is not a perfect fit in every way, you may send it back within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. All returns must be sent back in original packaging, unworn with tags attached. You will receive full store credit for the return, excluding original shipping fees and any return shipping fees incurred.

At this time, we do not accept returns on pre-order or custom styles.


To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at A representative will issue authorization and provide the return address. Do not ship return packages until our team has issued authorization and sent additional instructions. Customer Care can also assist you with placing exchange orders for a different size or color.  

You are welcome to send back merchandise with any shipping provider that offers tracking. For US customers we will provide a return label upon request.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages until they arrive in our warehouse. We recommend purchasing insurance from the shipping provider of your choice.
